An honest, pure-hearted exploration about who you are deep inside. A safe space for emerging energies out of your unconscious. A non-judgmental frame for any discussion you were afraid to have with yourself. A mirroring matrix for your behaviors, thoughts and choices. This is not my regular psychology practice, it’s not psychotherapy and it’s not weird pseudo-spiritual juju. It’s my personal approach in a world overrun by masks and fakes, by technology that replaces human interraction, by humans that get to be treated by this flawed society like objects and commodities. A soul sitting is in my humble opinion a simple and very necessary return to your core being, what makes you uniquely human, a quest to find and anchor better in your own reality the entirety of your being. Yes I’m a licensed psychologist, yes I’m currently in school to become an integrative psychotherapist, yes I’m a licensed massage therapist, yes I’m trained to do soul regressions and therapeutic art activities, yes I have turned my obsession to learn new things in a lifestyle and my memory helps me remember almost everything I learn... so here I am in your service, with all my knowledge and intuition, with full presence and a kind heart. Here I am, ready to be a loving mirror and a juicy library for any soulful person that reaches out for help. Soul sitting is for you if you seek a different approach to your life improvement that’s more spirit-oriented than regular therapy. It’s my way of holding a space for your healing and being in a way that’s more free and dynamic than the frameworks I’m licensed in...not because there’s anything wrong with those, but simply because some people want more....magic. My intention for any soul sitting is to cater to your soul’s highest need in that moment, therefore no two sessions will be alike and you get to be surprised, intrigued and hopefully amazed by the treasures that hide within you.
