Bodywork - I don't touch "strangers" - if you need a somatic therapy from me, we get to know each other first, you tell me some essential things about yourself in an anamnesis and we get to know each other before you sit down on the massage table. It is essential for me that we both feel safe and comfortable with each other and I will only work with you under these conditions.

 

Mindwork - if we are already friends/family, I will never work with you as a psychologist or psychotherapist, but you are free to use the free psychoeducational resources I provide. The profession's code of ethics limits the framework in which these services are provided, rightly so...therefor I do not take clients into the psychology sessions unless they come only for these services alone and they do not overlap with the other types of services offered.

My knowledge remains valid for anyone who asks me about it and, like any psychologist and psychotherapist, I will use it in an intuitive and integrative way in my office work and, why not, maybe I am exactly the reason why you want to work with me as a psychologist - because I know certain things and have experience in certain fields (stories here and there on this site).

 

Spiritwork - I do not work with you on spiritual activities unless we share similar beliefs about the world and life. It is useless and ineffective to force a connection where it does not rest on the same foundation.

The work of working with the body and mind can take place among us independently of the soul life, but the work of the soul begins "beyond the veil", in that realm devoid of ordinary scientific coordinates, where faith is what keeps the light on.

So, if the same type of light guides us in the "invisible" worlds, then I can accompany you on your soul's journey, but if your soul works with completely different coordinates than mine, you are free to be on your path, I have no reason to interfere in it.

 

Artwork - in my view of the world and life, art is for everyone. It's more of a communication tool than an end goal, it's a language that can be learned intuitively or with a guide and structure.

The activities with an artistic dimension that I offer are, therefore, for anyone, but especially for those who think they have no talent and that art is not for them. I do not have an academic training in art, but I have been using it since I was a child and I am ambitious to experiment with any type of art, regardless of what I am told about the talent I have.

 

I firmly believe that our human potential is huge and that it is worth venturing outside the boundaries of the self that life and society have outlined for us so far. I am here to support you in discovering parts of yourself that have been silent for too long, that have become small, that have been hidden for too long, and that are unsuspected treasures and resources that you can access.
