Service Description

I guide you and work with you hand in hand to bring new life and transformation to old stuff you have at home and were likely to throw away. More than an art project, this is soul-business, a conscious endeavor to seek the value of what you almost call trash and repurpose it in a way that brings joy and beauty in your life. This is a house-call in which you let me into your world and show me all those bags of stuff you put away for better use and we go together through them, brainstorming and crafting a plan for how they might be put to better use. After everything is sorted out, we begin one art project together and you get my help and knowledge to see it come to completion. What we make together can likely be considered mixed-media and I hope this session is the spark you need in your life to start dipping your hands into the art world in your own way. Things we're likely gonna do: -Go through piles of stuff that are nice but no longer cool (old fashion accessories, martisoare, cheap jewelry, cute fabrics from ruined fashion pieces, headwear, beaded stuff, beachcombed stuff, trinkets and souvenirs etc) -Destroy and dismantle stuff to extract the pieces that could be repurposed -Make a donation list out of which you no longer want to use -Put aside materials for your new upcycling projects I'm helping with -Discuss about materials, fabrics, glues, colors and all kinds of stuff you come across when crafting -Assess your mindset and emotional status in regards to this endeavor, giving away stuff, repurposing it and how you can benefit from this activities -Have fun and chat about endless stuff together The price includes my time, knowledge and any extra materials or art supplies and equipment I bring for you to complete the art project. It's a price for me accompanying you in an art project, showing you how to do what you envision and helping you hands-on to execute it. If you only want an idea from me and know how to pull it through, I'm happy to share one for free with you, just reach out for it in a message (email/text with picture with the object at hand and ask me what I'd do with it to upgrade it) How we work: - You book a session and give me details of what you want to repurpose/upcycle or an idea of what you want to create but have no idea where to start - You send me pictures with all the stuff you have laying around the house to be sorted - We make a plan to meet up and work together This can also be a seasonal gift-making private session
